You can permanently delete your Kitaab Exchange account and associated personal data at any time, using either of the two methods below.
Your account is deactivated immediately and queued for permanent deletion.
If you no longer have the app installed, message us on WhatsApp with the email address or display code (e.g. #KE1234) linked to your account, and we'll process the deletion for you.

Deletion requests are processed within a reasonable time, typically within 7 days. Some records may be retained longer only where legally required (e.g. fraud prevention, financial audit trails), and are never used for any other purpose.
